Lula's looking a bit 'piggy' there compared to how he looks now.

Is he worried the police are getting to him next or has his cancer returned?

50 / 50 chance on both I would image given the cancer he had.

A “top adviser” involved in massive corrupt, criminal activity. And Lula wasn't/isn't? Isn't it important to ensure that evidence can't be tampered with? Who knows where the evidence is? At the least Dilma and Lula should be under house arrest with a total block on communications. A cell 6 foot by 6 foot would be better. Each. Wouldn't want them “entertaining” each other.

Lulla would look much better on the horizontal in a 6 foot by 2 foot wooden box.
    Hopefully, any day now.
