Brazil's industrial production plummeted in July and fell well below economists' worst predictions. Industry output sank 1.5% in July from June in seasonally adjusted terms and was down 8.9% from a year earlier, the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, or IBGE, said Wednesday. So many have been proved correct with regards to the corruption and economic mis-management that is only now being 'discovered'.

I am not implying that PT politicians are all stupid. They know damned well what their priorities are, and Brazil's well-being is definitely not amongst them. The stupids are those who, despite seeing the sh*t hit the fan, still support them.
