Ahhh! The Chief Crook of Brazil has surfaced at last.

His endorsement would be the kiss of death for any straight politician, but as it's for TMBOA latest 'Toy Boy' it probably means he has more votes!

What a fucked pair of countries these are.

Lula is crazy, CFK blocked Arg economy with Brazil , but the difference is that Brazil s supreme court is serious and here in Arg is a joke , I light a candle that Scioli will not win next elections

Argentina and Brazil's solidary union will guarantee a powerful South American progressive block that will be able to cater on many complementary aspects of both countries' economies.
Miserable characters who still dream to go back to a dominated and dependent Latin America will have not alternative but to sit and watch their backward dreams crumble.

Both current regimes are under investigation for fraud, financial corruption and political corruption.

    Hey, what's not to like?
Let's have more of the same....

I laughed twice reading this article (and then once reading Enrique's post).

    “I understand perfectly Argentina's role”
    Yeah, subservient to Brazil!

“After that we had difficult moments, but after that happiness arrived for our people”
Oh rapturous pleasure. Rampant corruption and recessions for all!

@5 I'm sure you can corroborate your statements with your experience with living in Argentina, and Brazil and general knowledge of economics, right?

    #11 Optimus
I know what happened in the past, when military dictatorships alternated with governments ready to collaborate with the central countries and their corporations to joyfully screw the people across the whole Latin America.
In those times, nobody cared about such things as poverty or the survival of the middle classes.
Local oligarchs were keen to blame--as Cptn Poppy still does at #7--poverty on laziness, too much Indian blood, etc.
They did not see poverty as the result of the politics of exclusion (they also loved poverty as it gave them armies of low-cost servants).
Now, a different wind is blowing in Latin America and using the army to trump the popular vote has fallen into disrepute. The elites have then switched reliance to the power of the media groups they own or a subservient judiciary, to try and remove any government that is not servant to their interests.
But the clock, fortunately, cannot be turned back.

For those of ypou who cannot scroll up, I ask, where does Enri make his claim of blame from?

Perhaps his English comprehension is not what he thinks it is. And while I typo'ed on AOL for SOL as standard of living.....I ask you Enri, what do you think I asked you in # 7 where you claimed I blamed the poor as lazy?

How the FUCK did you make the connection?

    Terence,
regarding your # 48 under the below subject “If necessary, Lula da Silva will be in the 2018 president election”, please note that I couldn't give a damn about your burden of proof and all the shit you spew. You are still an asshhole with a severe inferiority complex 'which' is incapable of issuing a knowledgeable opinion on any matter. You depend on other people's brains to express yourself. Proof of this is your quote “it is better to let people think you are stupid than to open your mouth and proove you are stupid”. This famous quip is attributed to two people of higher intelligence, something you do not have. First, to Mark Twain : “It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.” Second, to Abraham Lincoln : Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt”. Either way, may I suggest you follow their advice. This forum thanks you.

And, to close this post, after being shown for the uninformed fool you are when you stated that the PT was “a minority party” , you stuck your tail between your legs and retreated to your insignificance. And you consider yourself smart , do you ?

I comment above that lula supports Scioli becuase of he represents the “left”.
Poor Argentina if Scioli wins. The biggest problem in Arg is drugs. and Scioli supports politicians narcos. We would back from a bad economic situation , from drugs and narcos we have not return

Brazil has a better economic position vs Argentina. In fact I have a little envy of them

12 ” Enrique Massot I respet all positions. But when you say a different wind is blowing in Latin America, did you refered about Venezuela and includes Arg.?

Most latin americans country are socialist, but we have a big difference between Chile & brasil , from Venezuela is the worst and Arg .

Most latin american poticians, journalist are patetics. They talk about redistribution, critics USA, print a Che Guevaras tattoo in his arm, lives as if they were kings , and take a selfie with Mickey mouse in theirs holidays in Orlando

I live for the day that Lula, Dilma, Cristina and ole' Aníbal are tried in their respective countries. It particularly irritates me that this bunch got into government with their “holier than thou” spin ... as if leftists could never be thieves.

    @5 Enrique

The last time Dilma visited CFK in Argentina she stormed out half way through their scheduled 'summit', clearly exasperated. There is no serious commitment on behalf of the current Argentina Govt. toward good trade relations with Brazil - and both Brazil and Uruguay know this perfectly well. Vale were obliged to write off a $2 Billion investment and couldn't get out of Argentina fast enough. Were it not for Argentina's intransigence a free trade agreement could've been negotiated between Mercursur and the EU by now. Do you know how long Brazilian imports are held up in Argentina customs? Far longer than common sense would decree, that's for sure!

I don't have an ideological barrow to push here, it's just the truth, easily uncovered. The mystery, to me, is why you don't seem to know this too?

“You are still...incapable of issuing a knowledgeable opinion on any matter.” But then you're a person with absolutely no credibility so what ever your
opinion is of zero importance. I'm more than capable and usually backed with appropriate citations. Well I've proven with your own words that you really are a a low life anti-democratic fascist, so you can't take the moral high ground over anyone. So you're looking ripe for a bit more of an 'outing'.
50 Jack Bauer; “As to your comments on the Military taking over again, it happened once and for those who were Law-abiding citizens, there were no problems... And when you analyze WHY they took over, presuming you are rational, it's easy to conclude they did it to prevent Brazil from being handed over to the communists. ... if push comes to shove, the Military , I hope, would be there again to save Brazil from complete chaos.”

“And you consider yourself smart , do you”. I'm frequently emulated but seldom surpassed.
You've got your head so far up your ass you can chew your food twice.
Don't let your mind wander; it's far too small to be let out on its own.

there you go, repeating yourself again. Boring.
But before you tell another lie, I'm still waiting for you to explain your statement that “the PT is a minority party ”....for someone as intelligent as you, it should be easy.
