The Teros are the only team in the Cup which is amateur and has to ask time off from their regular jobs. No beef about that and good luck to them.

Fair play to Uruguay, even qualifying was quite an achievement, and you never know, while Fiji are world class at sevens, they're not that good at fifteen a side
