Of course there is no refugee crisis because NO one is clamouring to get INTO Venezuela. Indeed they are clamouring to get OUT.
PetroCaribe is bankrupt just like Venezuela. When the whole house of cards collapses, it will be the evil empires of the west that pick up the pieces. Not the countries suckling in the Venezuelan teet or the countries of China, Brazil and Argentina that currently have their boot pushed down firmly on the Venezuelan people's future.

Cheap oil in exchange for political allegiance, oh, and turning a blind-eye to human rights violations and the incarceration of political prisoners.
