Minister of State Baroness Anelay has announced a new £100,000 fund to enable other countries to benefit from the UK’s world-leading legal expertise, marking the International Day of Democracy, 15 September. At an event held at Gray’s Inn – at the heart of the UK’s world-leading legal scene – the Minister launched the ‘Magna Carta Partnerships’ fund. Read full article

The majority of people born in South America, especially the stinking poor, have no concept of what a real democracy is or how to run one.

Yeah, bad article. He didn't know the literal translation of the words Magna Carta.... hardly important.

Anyway, you're welcome.

Your Argentinean education wouldn't have told you this, but some parts of your democracy are based on precedents set by the Magna Carta...... not the tendency of your country to have military dictatorships.... that's all yours.
