Yeah, bad article. He didn't know the literal translation of the words Magna Carta.... hardly important.

Your Argentinean education wouldn't have told you this, but some parts of your democracy are based on precedents set by the Magna Carta...... not the tendency of your country to have military dictatorships.... that's all yours.
