There's a ship bought by Brazil to France which is a predecessor to the Mistral that could provide humanitarian aid as well.

Your AMX ground attack aircraft has a ferry range of about 2000 miles.
Brazil is approx. 5,500 miles from Syria.
How do propose that they fly there ?
How will they get across the Atlantic ?
What NATO country will permit overflying rights to a country aligned with Russia?
What use are your ships as the ”rebels have no navies ?
Have China and India got troops or aircraft involved ?
I really don't think you have thought this through but are relying on your fantasy world of videos.

Your Super Tucano is a light attack aircraft designed to be used in LOW THREAT SCENARIOS-not what is currently taking place.
You may have noticed that attacks by Russian aircraft are by SU-24 and SU 25'S at high altitude using either laser designators of GPS weapons.
Your super Tucanos are designed to deal with insurgents in the field with bows and arrows. They would be shredded in this environment. Remember ISIS shot down an F-16 and murdered the pilot.

Super Tucano...Ferry range: 1,541 nmi (1,774 mi, 2,855 km)
From Brazil to Angola .....3, 500 miles
Angola to Guinea-Bissau...2,500 miles
G.B. to Portugal.................1,660 miles
Portugal to Tartus..............2480 miles
Each of these legs is beyond the range of the Tucano , so, how do you propose that they overcome this apparent difficulty. For the first leg, they would be pushed to reach ST.Helena and probably ditch a few hundred miles short.
All these flights would have to have diplomatic clearance for overflying sovereign territories---a diplomatic nightmare.
You know absolutely nothing about aircraft apart from the videos you drool over. Are your aircraft compatible with Russian radars,radios, electronics, weapon systems and targetting protocols. I was under the impression that your Air Force trained with the USAF. However I will retract this statement if you can prove otherwise.
