Oct 13th, 2015 - 07:33 am - Link - Report abuse 0Is true. Brazil does not need foreign companies. We have financial capital, human capital, raw materials, sufficient consumer market and technology to our own companies to grow and become global giants.

Oct 13th, 2015 - 03:28 pm - Link - Report abuse 0“the economic situation in Brazil is a mess”
A mess which doesn’t just hit foreign companies who can cut right back and go elsewhere till things improve.
A mess which hits Brazilian companies much harder, as they have nowhere else to go.

Of course, all canons are pointed towards Dilma Rouseff, a nightmare for large corporations.
Oct 13th, 2015 - 07:49 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Cptn Poppy's interestingly shows us the intense international media campaign that attempts to justify in advance a soft coup against Dilma, so things can return to normal and people can be crushed and pushed into favelas forever.
I hope, for the good of the great Brasileiro people, that that nightmarish scenario never happens.

Oct 13th, 2015 - 08:56 pm - Link - Report abuse 0It is the woefully subjective language that derails your argument. You're like the football coach about to go winless, grasping for shreds of dignity and moral victories. Unfortunately, Brazil's ”rebuilding year(s)” are going to lead to further years of pain and humiliation. People like I who legitimately care about your country are at a loss for words.
When all the press is talking bad, it's because the change is deep and ...

Oct 14th, 2015 - 05:29 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Amazing ! you still don't get it , do you ? If the foreign multinationals abandoned Brazil – as you suggest they should - besides millions losing their jobs overnight, these companies would also take their patents and technology with them.....Take just the automotive industry as an example - responsible for about 1,5 million jobs, and representing over 20% of Brazils GNP ; The so-called 'genuine' Brazilian industry is a drop in the ocean when it comes to the GNP. But maybe you could tell us which sectors it includes, that are doing very well... and that will make Brazil grow into a global giant.
And as far as Education is concerned, what are you going to do about the fact that DumbAss Dilma has sliced a hefty chunk out of its budget ?? keep on producing ignorant idiots like yourself ?
