@2 It really depends on how irrevocable Argentina's 'Commodities for Yuan”
    arrangements are.

CFK may have sold them down the river and locked them into a deal whereby Argentina has Yuan credit in exchange for resources developed by imported Chinese labour, they can only buy goods from China.

China has made many of these Commodities Investment deals with exclusive Chinese labour, around the world.

The previous Canadian government went for it, but the political backlash threatened to be huge so they backed off.

    Quite typical.
China has been locking in commodity futures for 20 years

Speaking as an Argentine, don't you want the BEST deal?

Speaking as a U.S. American, don't you want to be on good terms with the rest of the Americas, and have more trade deals?

Under the obstinate CFK and Kicilof, not paying creditors, Argentina had only one place to turn to - China.

Do you think they got the best deal?

Now, they have the hope of other options.

What does that mean to you?

My advice to Argentina is don't believe anything Obama or Kerry says. They're both liars and delusional.
Wait until we have another Administration.
    Its not too long now.

”to encourage human development and human rights both in our continent and the world.”

And maybe the human rights of the Falkland Islanders as well.
