No one in the K administration was qualified to serve in any position other than food. Most every decent, respectable Argentine was embarrassed over that fact. Argentina has a long ways to go, at least they have someone and a team who want to try to ascend back into the international community of the normal bullshit.

Before you send this new crop of rr ministers and representatives out to London, Berlin, Tokyo and New York you may wish to have them buy a proper suit or two, a real necktie and for God's sake they need to each get a big boy haircut for possibly the first time in their lives.
Remind them to put money in parking meters and not to park in the prohibited zones.
Also, tell them to go easy on the wine and whiskey, remember that they already have wives and mistresses back home and keep their traps shut to avoid revealing just how ignorant they and rr actually are.

I can't wait to see the econ stats and the gov't balance sheets.
