Corruption has always existed in Brazil and in the world as well. In the governments of right-wing parties (1500-2002) corruption was pushed under the carpet, it was muffled. No one was knowing because the Brazilian State was dominated by civil servants appointed by the corrupt from the right. There was almost no public tenders to fill the vacancies. Everything was muffled. With the complicity of the press that has always belonged to the ruling class that ruled the country.

Dilma will be remembered as Lula's puppet. Lula needed someone to succeed him that he could manipulate, and Dilma was the ideal candidate. Not too bright and scared of being eliminated, so she played along. The fact that she drove the country into a crisis, in order to further Lula's Bolivarian scialist dream, is the result of 10 years of bad decisions and the creation of a network of corruption inside all State companies, the magnitude of which has never been seen before, even by Brazilian standards. The only reason that the Federal Police are now investigationg several corruption schemes, simultaneously, is not because Dilma encouraged the investigations, but because when they started (almost by accident), the trail of evidence was too large to be ignored, or to be covered up by Lula. Dilma, Lula and the PT will be remembered for screwing Brazil, setting it back 20 years.

When he has attempted this in the past, he could never keep it up for very long. Every single time he reverts back to the exact same personality. He's actually got that many issues that it is impossible for him to actually hide them.
So Simper is just plain weird because no one could ever believe those language skills are anything but someone whose first language isn't English. Anyway that is just my opinion.
The other thing to remember. I once tried to fathom who was a sock puppet until I realised that their use reflects solely on the person who created then. They are created because someone lacks an ability to convey a message in the same manner that everyone else does. This highlights their own inadequacies. So I just reply as if each poster is who they say. It doesn't mean that I have been tricked or look foolish it they are an actual sock puppet, because I am replying to the message they post.
I wasn't always like this. But I'm happy to learn, adapt and change.
