You only have to look at the abject state of the road, nevermind the trains themselves, to realise virtually no money went into maintenance for many years.
I do hope De Vido is jailed, that might just loosen his tongue about where the money went and who told him to do it: Boss Eye Nestor or TMBOA, probably both.
