    Shame, titter.

    But would be funny if they do lose voting rights.

    Would this mean the Security council would have to elect a new member and chair?

    Defund the UN
    Describing it as Useless doesn't do it justice.
    Move all those gross people out of NYC
    We don't want them here.

    There are a number of states that should not only lose voting rights but should be totally ejected. Right at the top is argieland, for starting the Falklands War and ignoring a Security Council resolution. Then Bolivia, Brazil, North Korea, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Iran, Jamaica, Libya, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Turkey, Venezuela, Zimbabwe.

    It's become a fairly ineffective and useless organisation.

    @2 BRasshole
    “.....Brazil should do the same”.....quite frankly, I agree. First, the UN is not worth its weight in sh*t, and second, Brazil's opinion is totally irrelevant anyway.
    The UN has just become a forum for the underdeveloped countries to vent their gripes, and that wastes a ton of money and gets nothing done. Much like the Mercosul.

    I doubt that will happen. No one but Venezuela in South America postulated for the position; that is why Venezuela was elected to de Security Counsel.

    All members of the Decolonisation Committee should be silenced because of its ineptitude and irrelevancy.

    To-Be or Not-To-Be: Mainly depends upon the actual worth [Short & Long-Term Commercial & Political Gains] of the UN Voting Rights [and the UN-Membership]; to a country.
