Macri and opposition governors will meet Pope Francis on Saturday
Argentine President Mauricio Macri flew after midday to Rome ahead of Saturday’s meeting with Pope Francis at the Vatican. Macri flew in an Alitalia commercial flight accompanied by his wife Juliana Awada, their small daughter Antonia and a small delegation of close aides and three provincial governors specially invited for the occasion. We are not a papal state. We are not a theocracy. I am personally sick of this presidential obsequious towards this pope-dude.
We know that Cristina used and abused of those visits as part of her erratic, hypocritical attitude (from not answering the phone to licking his butt), but, why does Macri have to visit this clown anyway?
I am sorry, I do not mean to offend any catholic here, but the current pope is a peronist-lover, with middle aged ideas, and the head of one the most corrupt clubs anywhere.
I am convinced that catholicism, mixed with hispanic culture, is one of the main reasons why south america is underdeveloped.
