Argentina and Uruguay unable to arrest a Chinese flagged poaching jigger
The Argentine Coast Guard and Uruguayan navy failed in capturing a Chinese flagged jigger poaching in the two countries shared waters. According to non official reports, two Argentine Coast Guard vessels and a helicopter plus a Uruguayan aircraft and vessel were involved in the attempt to arrest Hua Li 8. Read full article

As for Uruguay, the little 'sloop' sized vessels they have are probably half the size of the jigger and of course would be captained by a Broad Fraud political placement aka as a coward.

For those thinking it can't happen in neighbouring fishing zones, they may want to read todays Penguin News about trawler companies lying about their catches....

If they are to be called the Malvinas class as reported maybe we should refuse to supply the motors.

satelites are a rather more modern method.Also a submarine with an ESM mast.
GCHQ can spy on communications without anyone leaving the country.
