The Football Association Board approves the use of video technology to aid referees

Soccer's law-makers gave the green light this weekend to the use of video technology to aid referees in live matches starting no later than the 2017-18 season. The International Football Association Board (IFAB), the games law-making body, approved a two-year trial period allowing technology to be used in four questionable cases: to determine if a goal has been scored, sending off, penalties and mistaken identity.     About time too ! would never have happened if corrupt Blatter & Co. hadn't been kicked out. Perhaps now, those players who commit fouls and then throw their arms up as if it had nothing to do with them, as well as those who over react and fake injuries, will get kicked off the field . No more room for those who think they can get away with murder.
