No blooper. Temer is preparing the way for after the fat cow is either impeached, or resigns (both uncertain prospects).....or dies under the stress, which would be the best solution.

- on which side whose slice is buttered,
- how big is the slice,
- who butters that side and
- how much of the butter is being used.

If the fat cow is removed and Temer takes over, it seems at least that he is talking to and picking the right people for the important jobs.....hopefully, no more political appointees just to please this or the other political faction. It's about time the Govt thought about the country.
