I am guessing they won't find much in the way of a paper trail, as they started burning documents immediately after the election.

Didn't Cristina once say that the Falkland Islanders were 'just squatters' and doubted that they had rights?

And she is supposed to have legal qualifications:-

On the first day of the second semester of president Macri's government--when things were going to improve for Argentines--something has to be done to distract the public opinion from higher prices, increased unemployment and poverty. Judge Bonadio dutifully complies.
Meanwhile, the Panama Papers' investigation on president Macri's offshore activities continues without much coverage from Argentina's mainstream media and without much outrage from MP commentators.

There is a difference between you (peronistas) and us (let's call “regular” people). You are fascists that love and follow a LEADER (leader=duce=Fuhrer) while for us any republican president is just a politician with responsibilities.

As a result, while you, irrationally and fanatically, protect, defend and deny any more than evident corruption act of CFK I don't have any issue of having M. Macri being investigated and even officially accused by the Judicial Power. The country has vice-president in case he is force to leave the presidency

Please, remember that the only person that dared to officially accuse CFK when she was president, Mr. Nisman, ended killed. Now, one prosecutor accused Macri for his participation in a society in “Panama Papers” but he is still alive and none from the Government even mention him. This is enough to compare the republican values of both presidents, CFK and Macri.

Oh, don't you just love it?

Some poor sod has to rummage through TMBOA drawers looking for evidence. They should all be awarded a Veterans Loser's Medal for the stress that mental picture that throws up. :o)

#2 “I am guessing they won't find much in the way of a paper trail, as they started burning documents immediately after the election.”

True, but given their level of competence there is a good chance that they've left some useful evidence behind, especially if the corruption was on the industrial scale that it seemed to be.

When she tweeted “It has been a while, decades I would say, since we've seen such an abuse of power and political persecution.” someone replied (paraphrasing) “yes, a while - 6 months”. If anyone criticised her then AFIP et al would brought into action. Macri isn't doing that.

So you think that investigating CFK is not at all warranted ? you believe she pulled 90% of Argies out of poverty ? you believe she scarificed herself for the good of her country ?
Well , at least you are consistent in your ignorant blindness.

“...higher prices, increased unemployment and poverty.”

All are hallmarks of the Narcokleptocratic K regime, as well as food shortages, government involvement in shipping methamphetamine precursors to Mexico for drugs smuggled into the United States and cocaine to Europe, not to mention sale of army ammunition and weapons to drug gangs, and most amusingly, the recruitment of violent criminals from prison for use as muscle at FPV political functions. (Vatayon Militante, now AKA Pinguinos.) As anyone here can attest, you defended all of this as long as your “leader” was in charge. Trying to blame Macri for all this is like trying to blame Obama for the financial crisis brought on by 8 years of Bush policies. You have zero credibility, Komrade Rique, indeed you are part of the problem. ;)

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekie is irrational in his defense of all things Peron.

I know that he's intellectually dishonest as well but I think that he's hardwired - nature/nurture - and couldn't decry the K-dogs even if they did to him and his what they have done to rg.

“...while you...deny any more than evident corruption act of CFK.”
While you have already subjected to trial, convicted and sentenced Cristina, I am confident Bonadio and his acolytes won't be able to prove her alleged corruption.
No matter what, she now may be detained at any moment. The police has been around, officially and extra-officially, and the economic consequences of six months of Macrism are not good.
The “second semester” promises of improvement are now doubted even by members of the government, so they are rather talking about “the second year,” etc.
In this political context, cases such as that of Lazaro Baez and Jose Lopez are not enough to distract the public opinion. Macri needs to score a “big one,” and that involves going after Cristina.
Problem is, after that he will run out of new options.
A very interesting process, as it is the first time a program such as Macri's is being applied by a constitutionally elected government as opposed to a military dictatorship.

Enrique, I think you will find it is “ illicit enrichment ” that's what they will get her on. Fingers in the pie I am sure, it is in the DNA of Latam countries. Why do you think they brought in laws to protect the politicans from prosecution?

    Hey gang!
For those who have the good fortune of speaking Castellano (Spanish) I recommend hooking up to C5N, where in a few minutes CFK will grant a comprehensive interview after returning to Buenos Aires to answer questions from Judge Bonadio.

Obviously your chronically constipated brain hallucinates. As you well know, I wrote sarcasm and you thought it clever to use it.
Read it back one of those rare days when you are in possession of your senses.

Oh, and did you enjoy the views of Cristina been greeted at Buenos Aires? I did. Macri cannot longer speak in public without a good police guard and fences to keep the “populace” out.
As we say in Castillan, “obras son amores.” What you did will always be better remembered than what you said.

#20 “...CFK will grant a comprehensive interview ...”

That is something she never did when in power so why start now?

In this case I'd expect prepared questions that allow her to avoid the tricky questions that she doesn't want to answer. As she'd know if she'd had any legal training... the usual advice when under investigation is to say nothing since anything she says (or doesn't say) could be useful information for the prosecuting services. What is her angle? What is she trying to deflect from? What is she lying about? etc.

    “All the paid unemployed...”
If I were president Macri I would take note of the ongoing fidelity of part of the electors who take the current official discourse with a grain of salt.
Reality check: Many of the positions left empty by the layoffs are taken, as we speak, being given to PRO activists--with wages two to three times higher than those “enjoyed” by the so-called gnocchis.
