ExxonMobil and its partner Hess Corp. have announced that the major discovery off the coast of Guyana, in the north of South America and bordering with Venezuela, is a discovery that is much larger than previously expected. Read full article

No doubt MADuro will try and usurp the place again, if only to get at the oil.

You would think that Venezuela, even with the poor nature of the heavy crude they have, would be able to manage? Oh, they don't have any real engineers in charge of the winning due to Chubby appointing his own military 'I know fuck all' to positions of control and no working refineries after these idiots allowed fires to rage uncontrolled.

Perhaps he wants to emulate Chubby in the 'extended' country he is after?
