Mercosur members are requesting from Venezuela concrete gestures in favor of democracy and human rights if they are to consider the transfer of the group's pro tempore chair from Uruguay to Caracas, pointed out Paraguayan foreign minister Eladio Loizaga a day after the group was unable to reach a consensus on the issue that has become particularly controversial when not frustrating.     I doubt that madnicy will give up anything. In fact, it appears that he is installing a civilian-military junta to ensure his government continues. The next step will be to eliminate all opposition parties. Sound familiar?

    Good to see that Brazil told VZ to screw off....if that communist cow were still in office, no doubt Paraguay would have been left standing alone...
