A fire forced more than 500 people to be evacuated from a cruise ship about a mile off Puerto Rico's northern coast on Wednesday. The U.S. Coast Guard brought passengers to the shore as the fire continued to burn aboard the Caribbean Fantasy, a combination cruise and ferry ship. Disclaimer & comment rulesI understand that Argentina has offered to repair the Caribbean Fantasy, just as soon as they finish their 9-year attempt to fix their icebreaker Almirante Irízar and figure out how to dredge the channel to get it out.

Can you imagine letting the thing fall into Argentine hands with any water in the vicinity? Glug, glug! :o)
