Well I suppose it makes sense if you subscribe to the Venezuelan version of democracy in which a president receives 60 day dictator/decree powers, self expands them to 8 months and ongoing, fires government employees who exercise their Constitutional right to vote and vote against him, and then dictates to the people his will instead of supporting the will of the people. Sounds like they're trying to use the dictator/decree powers here where a probationary full member and a non-full member have a larger vote than 3 full members. MADuro, and Delcy are idiots and Bolivia has it's nose shoved so far up MADuro's a$$ that he has turds for mocos.

Brasshole, I suspect you have given up on Brazil, just because your fat cow heroine is on the verge of being sent home. I thought that Brazil was important to you, but now I realize that all you care about is the PT and the sh*t it represents.
