    “... won't be no...” ? Very bad English. Means the opposite.

    Haven't they been negotiating for the past 17 years?

    The EU can't get a consensus, and up to now, Argentina had blocked all efforts due to its protectionism.

    Speculative capitalism, unpayable sovereign debt, two decades without growth, unemployment, depleted natural resources, high average age of the population, rising nationalism, individual freedoms not guaranteed.

    About whom I speak?

    Is 'beef' the only thing that Uruguay has to offer to the EU ? even if it is, and despite this, this kind of talk just exposes Mercosur's fragility and internal disorganization, evident by the fact that one country can overule, or pretends that it can, the other 3 full members.....

    @5 Brasshole
    I see that your mental confusion carries on ...“high technology in the BRICS” ?

    Ah, of course, that would explain why the 4 of the 5 BRICS countries are in the crapper.

    Yr # 7 is a masterpiece - but I have to ask you “About whom 'you' speak ?” Brazil , I would think, as you've just described the legacy left by the PT, or does your feeble brain think it's Portugal ? 'tá loco bundão ?

    @ 9 Marti Llazo
    “That, and a great deal of marijuana.”

    That is true if you look at what is coming from our 'brothers and sisters' the other side of the Plate.

    'Np Mpney Pepe's' idea of the government supplying weed at the same price (or higher) than can be obyained off the streets is on it's kneed and about to be given the '9mm injection' by the pharmacies who never wanted to be in the loop, surprise, surprise.

    Why he thought that businesses in the health industry would want anything to do with this AND be legally responsible for implementing the lame brained 'regulations' is beyond me.

    Another Broad Fraud balls up.
