Italy is not ready to pretend everything is alright when Europe is not functioning properly, Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi said the day after a key EU gathering. EU leaders had gathered in the Slovak capital on Friday to discuss the EU's future in the wake of Britain's vote to leave the bloc, wrapping up the summit by issuing a roadmap for tackling problems such as migration, security and the faltering economy. @1

Listen carefully, I shall say this only once -

The EU is an arrogant, undemocratic, corrupt, bureaucracy run by an unelected bunch of megalomaniacs.

Actually I may say it more than once.

@ 2 “Actually I may say it more than once.”

You'd better say it more than once. There appear to be some who are little slow in understanding.

And so, little by little, it begins to unravel. Even Merkel is on the road to becoming dead meat now in Germany.

@4. Poor Italy. But then, who got the “migrant crisis” on the go? Nothing wrong with sailing out into the Mediterranean and saving people from drowning. But why take them to Italy? And, once in Italy, what happened to the Dublin Agreements? Under which Italy, being the first “safe” country. was required to “process” them all. What did Italy actually do? First, it screamed for financial help. How strange that, having created the situation, Italy found it couldn't afford it. Difficult as it might have been, one obvious course of action would have been to stop sailing out into the Mediterranean and picking people up. Not to mention continuing to take them to Italy. What did Italy do instead? It issued tens of thousands of “temporary” documents and let the migrants go wherever they wanted. And still it sails out into the Mediterranean and picks up even more. It's 1,104 miles from Italy to Libya. What's wrong with Italy restricting its naval operations to 12 miles from its shore? Imagine. In April 2016, nearly 6,000 mostly sub-Saharan African migrants have landed in Italy in just four days. In June 2016, over 10,000 migrants have been rescued in just four days. Mostly Italy's fault. The EU should start by assessing the costs of all these migrants, and presenting Italy with the bill. Then, as appropriate, Italy should be suspended or expelled for its irresponsibility. And, considering Italy's poor performance during the intervention in the Libyan civil war, similar action should be taken by NATO.

Italy needs to be taught responsibility.

The unmighty EU will reap what it has sown,
    And good riddance to them.

Its all going to unravel, I just don't think the rest of the EU are going to settle for a Franco-German domination, I just cannot see the Scandinavian countries tolerating that.

When the Italian banks go bust, it will all collapse.
