Well, who would have expected that ??

Right, he never got to put his grubby hands on the property because the sh*t hit the fan (Oct 2014) before it was to be transfered - free of charge - from OAS to Lula.....there is no doubt he would receive it as a 'gift' for favours rendered, past and present.
