Uruguay's football suspended following the shooting and death of a team supporter
The Uruguayan Football Association, AUF, decided on Friday to suspend all soccer activities of the weekend including the main league matches, following the death of a supporter from Pe;arol, one of the leading teams of the country who has been shot and seriously wounded in late September by fans from the other big club of the country, Nacional. Disclaimer & comment rulesThis is just the beginning for Uruguay. In Brazil, 2 or 3 supporters of the larger teams are killed every month. As long as these organized groups of supporters - more like groups of thugs just waiting for the '3rd time' afer the match, on the streets - are allowed to exist, they will keep on killing each other. Those that allow themselves to get involved, deserve what they get.

Nov 05th, 2016 - 06:01 pm - Link - Report abuse 0And the police, who get the princely sum of UYU$13,000 per month (U$D 433) for carrying a pistol on duty are still being jailed by The Broad Fraud appointed Judges for 'exceeding' their remit in killing “poor young men” who have just committed murderous theft in broad daylight in front of witnesses, and in one case drove a car at three policemen with the clear intention of 'clearing the way'. The police stood their ground and fired at the car as it approached and continued to fire at it as it tried to escape, killing a robber. The judge jailed two policemen even though there was only one bullet in the robbers back, the other was released without charge.
Only in Uruguay under The Broad Fraud. :o(
Very soon the police will refuse to turn out to these murders because of the risk of jail for doing what the citizens want done, and who would blame them?
At the usual bullshit 'government committee' at some poor, small, village in the sticks (remember Two Shags starting this in the UK - it soon stopped when it blew up in their faces) President Vasquez (liar in extremis with two bars) instructed Bonomi, the useless Interior Minister, to provide more police to the village after two people had been killed in similar circumstances.
As usual it will be for show and nothing will get done.

Which bit about 'murderers' do you not understand.
So there we have it: you don't want civilian being safe from murderers and robbers (who many times when detained have been found to have murdered someone and are being sought by the police.

And everybody in the UK had their short-barreled handguns confiscated not just me because of the Scottish Northern Constabulary broke the rules when they issued Thomas Hamilton with a firearm certificate at first application.
They paid for it when several ranking officers were retired (on full pension) and the rest of the staff were shipped out to other forces.

Actually, I do not think there should be specific laws making women equal. The laws of Equal Opportunities should apply to everyone regardless of gender.
