    In the tune with DT's rattling:

    The cement manufacturer should be an American Industry, The labor to build the wall should be the Citizens of the USA. Mexico should pay ALL the costs / expenses to build the wall.

    Irrespective to whoever pays; it will hardly be an effective solution; as long as the tunnels crossing the borders underground are left perfectly intact to keep on smuggling the drugs, arms, payments, criminals, labor and to keep these traditionally well-organized businesses THRIVING!
