This guy, riding on the tails of the old hag who is the actual Minister who has overseen the disaster in tourists arriving at PdelE, needs to look at the data one more time without the rose tinted glasses.

“The deputy tourism minister also pointed to a 6% increase in the amount of arriving Brazilian tourists, which is also promising since their numbers had declined by 20% at the end of last season.”

So, in effect, the number (on the same time basis) is 14% DOWN.

“Tourist arrivals from Argentina are up 25-27% compared to 2015-2016”

On the basis that argies do not pay IVA (VAT) and if they pay in pesos there is at least a 25% shortfall in value there is an obvious question: why do we want them? We are better off without them (as citizens, the ones who have to pay MORE in our taxes).

But heh! When have the Broad Fraud ever been able to understand money, except when it is destined for their own ends?
