“Brazil moved a step closer to a constitutional crisis…”
“Back in November, the Supreme Court decided that defendants in criminal cases couldn’t be in the succession line. The court has not made a final decision, however, because one of the justices asked for more time to analyze the issue.”

The appeal by him is on a par, but his refusal to follow the decision of the justice is contempt. So arrest his sorry ass and remove him from the senate, as legalities are the sole prerogative of the supreme court. Any attempts to override their function should rejected.
