Norwegian Air Shuttle, one of the largest low cost airlines in Europe, has made the decision to start start operating in Argentina in November next year. Perhaps because they are good that's why Argentina needs them to operate down there. If you were Argentine would you rather fly Norwegian Air or Aerolineas?
