A bus to tour Buenos Aires' football stadiums starts operating Monday at no cost

A bus tour of Buenos Aires focused solely on its most traditional football stadiums will be available starting Monday, the city's Tourism Authority announced. Under the name of “Barrios Futboleros” (Football Neighbourhoods) the new service will make stops at Boca Juniors, River Plate, San Lorenzo, Huracán and Argentinos Juniors. Read full article

    When your economy is in the toilet and you can't provision more than a canoe with which to invade the neighbours, the obvious thing to do is to set up a bus to view the football venues.

    On days that the bus does not run to football stadiums, the organisers will offer a tour of the city's drug rehabilitation centres, with a stop that will allow tourists to snort a little cocaine with Diego Maradona.
