Chapecoense team air crash caused by human error: pilot, airline and Bolivian regulators blamed

The plane crash that killed 71 people in Colombia last month, including players from Brazil's Chapecoense football team, was caused by human error, an investigation says. Colombian officials said there was no technical failure and blamed the pilot, the airline and Bolivian regulators. A recording had already indicated the aircraft had run out of fuel.     Caused by stupidity -- anyone piloting an airplane without taking care that he's carrying enough fuel to have a margin of safety in case of unexpected delays, weather conditions, etc., is an idiot.

    SOMEONE [purposely?] hired a stupid AND less experienced Bolivian pilot & a BOLIVIAN airline to take the BRAZILIAN Team to COLOMBIA and so far NOBODY smells a rat?

    Tranqui, tr:o)) -- desde el comienzo de sus operaciones este año la empresa (Lamia) tenía como clientes frecuentes a diferentes equipos de fútbol sudacamericanos. Lamia mantenía un contrato con el club brasileño y también había firmado uno con el Atlético Nacional (colombiano ).
