How do you arrange a 'Crime of passion'?. By deffinition a crime of passion is an unplanned, unforeseen, impulsive act due to a highly elevated emotional state of the perpatrator.

Jan 01st, 2017 - 08:26 pm - Link - Report abuse +1You're right, but the reason stems from the Police Inspector in charge of the case, describing it as a 'crime passional'....although officers in his position require a degree in Law, they are usually pretty crude types...who don't necessarily know much about the Law, or even how to speak their own language correctly.
