Disclaimer & comment rulesQuite a change from the Kirchner years where cruise ship passengers were threatened and generally badly treated. I wonder if there was some negotiation on the port fees. Buenos Aires was the most expensive port to call at which was a nonsense.

Everybody 'knows' that cruise lines are unreliable and their passengers are fickle spenders.
Best not to encourage tourism or foreign spending.
