It's a crazy world when people on the wrong side of the fence can be left to die, and only if they manage to break in do we suddenly have a responsibility towards them.
It's a crazy world when people on one side of the fence triplicate their populations in 40 to 50 years and then expect somebody else to provide for the surplus.
