The Argentine city of Rosario and Liverpool in England will sign on Wednesday a cooperation agreement to jointly work in human rights and inclusion issues, the first such accord between mayors of the two countries since the end of the 1982 conflict. Read full article

She talks sense, but is there a caveat to this, containing the words Falklands.

It does make me wonder how many Argentines can understand the Liverpool accent though. Do you find some accents easier than others, Think?

Sure. I guess I mean are there some accents in Britain that you can't really understand? Like you'd need subtitles if they were on TV. Will the visitors from Rosario understand the average Liverpudlian okay?
