Feb 22nd, 2017 - 12:17 pm - Link - Report abuse -4Rosario is quite an ugly city...
Birmingham would be a much fitter twin town than Manchester..., if memory serves me right ;-)
Tinkle is confused… poor old chap. Liverpool has a similar reputation to Argentina and in that respect it's an ideal twin. ;-)))

Feb 22nd, 2017 - 10:42 pm - Link - Report abuse +2It does make me wonder how many Argentines can understand the Liverpool accent though. Do you find some accents easier than others, Think?
Don't you...?
Feb 22nd, 2017 - 11:17 pm - Link - Report abuse -4Sure. I guess I mean are there some accents in Britain that you can't really understand? Like you'd need subtitles if they were on TV. Will the visitors from Rosario understand the average Liverpudlian okay?
