A team or Argentine and Chilean experts have visited Czech and British bases in Antarctica as part of the routine inspection of environment and security operations, in the framework of the Antarctic Treaty. However it could be good news for Polar Bears who are having difficulty in finding food !
I would have thought that primitive man would be the very people to ask about survival techniques. After all, you are just about holding it together. You did manage to take a small trip out of your area and were amazed that there were other new things to experience,

I can't imagine that the Norwegians would have any real objections, just as long as you pay for what services you use (and probably up front given your record).

Where would Argentina find the funds to build an Arctic base and how would they supply the base when the only sea worthy vessel in the fleet is the ARA Libertad.
