British ambassador in Argentina Mark Kent has said that conflict policies lead nowhere, Argentina and the UK have different positions on the Falkland Islands sovereignty, but it is up to the Islanders to decide on their future. May 02nd, 2017 - 08:43 am - Link - Report abuse 0The Republic of Argentina signed the UN Charter on 26 June 1945. Under the UN Charter and Article One of the UN Covenant of Human Rights the Falklanders have the right to self-determination. Nothing can change that.
