Is anyone above suspicion in Latin America, seems that everyone has a hand in the pie.Who on earth would want to live there, only the despots one would assume.
If this continues there is a severe risk that Brasil may run out of corruption - then what? will they have to import Argentinos, Uruguayanos or Paraguayanos?
