The Spanish had the chance to go to the ICJ with the UK in 1966 in respect of the status of Gibraltar, the Isthmus, airspace and territorial waters. They declined.
The question is why is this piece appearing in Mercopenguin, a British government propaganda organ supposedly devoted to America, South America and the South Atlantic?
