Argentine “ scientific fisheries research vessel....”

Sort of reminds us of the Cuban and Russian “trawlers” supporting communist insurgencies in Latin America not so many years ago.

But maybe they can use the submersible capabilities of this new ship to find the pieces of the ARA Belgrano and some splashed Skyhawks on the bottom on the South Atlantic.

I hope the American Development Bank have got some sureties for that loan. Argentina has a reputation of repaying its loans.

Perhaps you meant to remind us that Argentine has a reputation for NOT repaying its loans.

And for not meeting its court obligations, and for not meeting its trade obligations, and for not.... the list goes on .
