Wouldn't worry too much about these guys doing my books...even the most advanced accounting software can't forecast extra licence uptake and strong investment performance.

Spend it on the MPA road please MLAs.

the same trend as previous years. these trends give all budget holders an example of what are acceptable variations under lax financial discipline and control. it appears fig operate on the principle that money is better in the bank account of the public purse than left in private bank accounts as it is obvious that not all revenues and taxes levied are needed to provide public services.

The spend on the powerhouse is now seen as a given and will happen anyhow. MPA Road still seems to be in the “we’ll keep doing more on it as long as we can afford it” basket and not a given. I’d like to see it become a firm, fixed priority. So would everyone who drives the road daily. FITT goes through brake pads like Jeremy Corbyn goes through Shadow Cabinet members.

I think I read somewhere that we can expect to see 10K completed this summer and that will be very welcome. Keep going at that rate and it will only take another 3 seasons.
