The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) has been awarded the Nobel Prize for Peace. ICAN describes itself as a coalition of grassroots non-government groups in more than 100 nations. It originated in Australia and was then launched internationally in Vienna in 2007.     What actually have they achieved ? Plenty of well meaning “talk” but what countries have given up their nukes.....N.Korea ?

    Nobel prizes have become nothing but a politically-driven fraud awarded by leftists to people they support. Arafat, Obama, and now this lot of fools -- none of whom have done anything to advance peace. The awards committee have made the prize meaningless.
