A Brazilian congressional committee on Wednesday voted against making President Michel Temer stand trial on corruption charges. The 39-26 vote by the justice committee in the lower house was non-binding but gives Temer political momentum ahead of the full chamber taking up the issue. Read full article

I wonder what will happen at the next election? Surely people will want to get these corrupt politicians out, but who will they replace them with when all the parties seem to be involved? They can choose new, younger people from same parties, but they may well want to protect their older colleagues. And if they pick a bunch of new, inexperienced people there will be no one there who knows what they are doing.

Under the mockery of the [FAKE] democracy; this is how, ALL the crimes are well-organized - beyond anyone's imagination!

The election itself is yet another soap-opera! At the polling booth, there MAY not be any “fixing” but from the moment the pen-drives leave the polling booths till the moment of counting the votes; ANYTHING can happen! In fact; THAT's where the “Buying of Votes” ACTUALLY takes place!!!

Besides; who will win is also negotiated, before being well orchestrated amongst the contesting [supposed to be] “opposing” Parties/Candidates. NORMALLY, the “loser” ends-up receiving “compensation” for losing.

The election is the grand entertainment of the ignorant masses and at the cost of the masses. THE question still remains: if the candidates are the politicians-turned-cooks or these are the crooks-turned-politicians! In any case and irrespective of which crooks come to power; the taxes WILL Skyrocket! Wanna bet? That ENSURES making the [already suffering] masses; poorer and more miserable!
