Fallon resigns saying his behavior “has fallen short”, and argues “culture has changed over the years”
Defense Secretary Sir Michael Fallon has resigned, saying his behavior may have “fallen short” of the standards expected by the UK military. He told the BBC that what had been “acceptable 15, 10 years ago is clearly not acceptable now”.Fallon is the first politician to quit following recently revealed claims of serious sexual abuse in Parliament. A sad day indeed , who has not been inappropriate in the past? I have to hold my hand up but then I am not a celebrity or politician. Nov 03rd, 2017 - 03:52 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Because due to territorial integrity the UK is situated in the Atlantic Ocean and is linked through itself, Bermuda, Gibraltar (not far from the Atlantic), Ascension Island, St Helena, Tristan Da Cunha, The Falkland Islands and South Georgia, all places in the Atlantic, either North or South. There is no concrete wall or landmass, dividing the Atlantic into North and South Atlantic. Argentina has a coast on the Atlantic and so does Cornwall.
Therefore through UK territorial integrity, the Atlantic is linked. therefore that's why a news page based in the South comments on the North.
