Falkland Islands Outlines Fiscal Strategy for 2018/19 and Beyond
The Falkland Islands Executive Council (its effective Cabinet) agreed late last week a set of budgeting principles for the Government over the coming financial year beginning 1st July 2018. These principles are likely to apply throughout the four year term of the current Legislative Assembly, though will be formally reviewed by the Assembly annually. Read full article

He is now a devout Malvinsta well known in the Falklands forums on FB but living back in his native Italy.

People, don't give Patrick the time of day, he isn't even Argentine. He is an American that was living in Hawaii and is pretending to be Argentine. He recently tried to move to Argentina but was deported having failed to get a work permit. He has numerous convictions for drug use and related crimes and this has clearly addled his mind, that is why he rambles on like a madman

But I could never state anything like that because I'm too clear about what I understand on the subject. I have yes, talked about it a lot, but it is you nervous silly dillies that fearfully and viciously have construed immediate distorted re emissions of what I would say. Simply because grossly disfigured slanderous blaming is the all time British favorite pastime. I've even been decent enough to offer with candor the fact that I myself have lived homosexuality for many years. I'm not “reborn” or “cured” or any of the stupid stuff this new ignorant on the subject society might laughingly say. I simply understand it now for what it is, and no longer pursue it.
