United States Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said in Mexico on Friday that immigrants bring enormous value to the U.S., but added the U.S. government lacks good discipline in regulating who enters the country to live. Sure. In Tillerson's view, Latin America has enough of imperial powers as it is and should remain as is. Never heard before an U.S. official reflecting so candidly on the history of the last century.
