Who gives damn ?....I think that the president who manages the impossible task of privatizing PB (again) deserves 'some' commission....at least the company will be well run and we will not have to put up with politicians fighting to see who occupies the high positions....

Let's face it, JB.

It's just impossible AND impractical for ANYONE to remain untouched by corruption; after acquiring a lot of power, a lot of privileges and a lot of legal protection.

Having said that; the main criterion is as follows:

Now that the masses have chosen a leader and have offered incentives to him/her to BE corrupt; what do the masses gain in return of offering such HUGE benefits?
