I voted to stay - unlike many fellow Brits of my advanced years - BUT under no circumstances should my vote ever be interpreted as a vote for that dreadful women. She is shameless and a traitor to the United Kingdom.

The question is why is this piece appearing in Mercopenguin, a British government propaganda organ supposedly devoted to America, South America and the “South Atlantic”?

Good point Clem. For myself as a Scot, I support the the Falkland Islanders 100% in who they are, their identity, and their right to self determination. I do not regard the Falkland Islands as British territory, I only have regard to the Islanders. As a Scot who wishes my country to return to a state of self governance, I fully understand the horror of the possibility of the Falkland Islanders falling under the control of the Government of another country, which cares not for them or their culture.

He's wrong you don't live in England...
...but then again, you don't live in Scotland either, merely a part time visitor...
We have Poles that are more resident than you...
Save your Sean Conneryesque nationalism for whatever Country you actually live in...
Scotland is for the people that live here...not expats...
