But EXACTLY, What's wrong with the “Weak Flesh”?

After all, the People [not just the Brazilians] have already been eating it - ENJOYING eating the weak flesh - for YEARS! Will they REALLY STOP eating it, just because “the cat” [cat/dog-meat & the other rotten stuff] “is out of the bag”?
